  • The serial number must match our records.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Items that show signs of physical damage caused by the customer (including cracks, scratches, water damage, or modifications).

  • Items with altered, removed, or mismatched serial numbers.

  • Missing parts or accessories originally included with the product.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return.

  2. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
